I am formally trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). EMDR is a way for us to process events in a safe environment to help decrease distress from those events. It is very effective and powerful. This form of therapy is helpful for anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and much more.
