I work with individual children, adolescents, and adults, as well as couples and families. My goal is to guide you through your fog, whether that’s anxiety, grief, depression, self-esteem issues, trauma, social/relationship difficulties, identity crises, or culture clashes. I have worked with various cultural and subcultural communities, including LGBT, special needs, alternative lifestyles, and immigrant communities. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and it is important to me to understand where you’re coming from so I can help you get where you need to go.
