Many of us carry the weight of our past in our daily lives — old wounds, early experiences, traumatic experiences, and painful memories that shape how we see ourselves and the world around us. My work is rooted in helping people gently explore how that ripples through all aspects of who we are — our thoughts, emotions, relationships, body, and sense of self — and, most importantly, begin to shift it.
At the core of my practice is a deep belief that real change is possible. Rather than just talking about what’s happened, I use approaches that engage the whole person — including how stress and pain get held in the body, experiential techniques that go beyond conversation, and ways of working with memory that can truly shift how the past feels and what it means to you today. This isn’t about revisiting the past; it’s about processing it in a way that loosens its grip, so you can move forward feeling more like yourself.
Attachment and relationships are also central to how I work. Whether it’s patterns that show up in your closest relationships or a complicated relationship with yourself, I creates a space that is warm, non-judgmental, and genuinely collaborative.
I am trained in various trauma informed and evidence based trauma processing therapies including Flash Technique, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Mindfullness, and Yoga Therapy. I also works with people struggling with insomnia, using an integrative approach alongside CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia) — recognizing that poor sleep is rarely just about sleep, and that the body and mind both need care to truly rest.
Whatever brings you to therapy, I hope is that you leave each session feeling a little more understood, a little more grounded, and more hopeful about what’s possible.
