We are all conditioned to do the things that we do through our past experiences and past interactions. While we may have behaviors or patterns of thought that served us at a previous time, they may now be maladaptive or destructive to our current relationships and lives. I use the Flash Technique to facilitate the unburdening of those automatic and triggered responses.
I offer an authentic and compassionate therapeutic relationship. I seek to understand my clients and help them improve their awareness about how their personal experiences, mind, and body have shaped their patterns of actions and belief. I facilitate the application of skills and practices that feel right for my clients and help monitor their progress.
