Sometimes we just need someone to walk beside us through difficult times in a trusting environment that allows space for gaining strength and insight. This is especially true when experiencing conditions like trauma, grief, stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and challenging relationships. It is such a joy to witness healthy growth in my clients as they overcome obstacles and flourish into the best version of themselves. I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) M.A., LPC-A, NCC, Fully Trained in EMDR therapy and the Flash Technique. At this time, I only see clients online.

Creo que todos tienen la fuerza interior para superar los muchos desafíos de la vida. A veces solo necesitamos que alguien camine a nuestro lado en tiempos difíciles dentro de un ambiente de confianza que nos permita ganar fuerza y perspectiva.
