I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) through the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. I graduated from Wittenberg University with my undergraduate degree in Psychology and Business Management and the University of Dayton with my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
I have found my passion in working with children, teenagers and adults with a focus in trauma informed care. I am EMDR trained and have experience in co-leading a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) group. I have participated in trainings for Flash therapy, IFS and treating dissociative disorders. My approach to counseling is eclectic and combines many variations of theories depending on the client’s needs in theories such as, CBT, DBT, attachment, somatic, and internal family systems. I am excited to continue my education and attend trainings in the future that focus on the treatment of complex trauma. I truly value the importance of building a secure therapeutic relationship with my clients and creating a collaborative and supportive environment.
