You may be hoping to improve relationships in your life, be better able to deal with depression or anxiety, or free yourself from effects of trauma. Whatever your issues are, I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental, and safe space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences so you feel empowered to heal and move forward with your life.
My approach to therapy is holistic. I address the past and present, as well as the mind and body. Together we will explore the impacts of earlier experiences, such as abuse, trauma, and negative relationships, on your current life.
In addition to talk therapy, I use techniques such as EMDR, relaxation, mindfulness, body awareness, and guided imagery to process memories and feelings, and to help you develop skills to cope with current life issues. My aim is to support you become the full you, the person that you are meant to become.
