I am a psychotherapist in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis-St. Paul. My “brick and mortar” office is in Golden Valley, MN, however i am currently 100% online. I like to work with adolescents , adults and families. My training is trauma focused and i specialize in EMDR, Brainspotting, Hypnotherapy, EFT, AIR network model for trauma & dissociation, ego-states therapy and Energy Psychology. I am bilingual (Hindi/English) and use an anti-oppression/liberation framework in my practice.
