I’m a consultant in Trauma and EMDR. I got my certification training in Trauma under Bessel Van der Kolk. I’m skills oriented and combine trauma work with ongoing mindfulness & skills with my individual clients . I also do DBT skills group focused on Neuroplasticity and Mindfulness. Compassion and non judgment are important aspects of my individual and group practice.
