Compassionate listening, non-judgement, genuine curiosity and holding a safe space are paramount to the therapy process. My top priority in sessions is making sure to provide this for you. Building a therapeutic relationship based on trust, respect, understanding and safety creates the space for you to feel comfortable in moving towards positive change and growth in your life.
I use a variety of treatment modalities, depending on client need and preference. My approach is supportive, collaborative & interactive. I ask for feedback often to ensure you are getting what you need. I often incorporate mind-body interventions into sessions to assist clients with feeling more grounded.
