My 25 year career has included working in a variety of settings. In the school setting helping to educate children on ways to identify and better manage emotions and relationships. I have also worked closely with families in the hospice setting by helping patients make end of life decisions and live the best quality life with the time they have left. In the hospital setting I worked in the emergency room to help patients who are in crisis, and on the inpatient floor helping patients get back home with the support and resources they need to succeed. Additionally, I am on the board and continue to work closely with the local domestic violence program and I am currently the Director of the local Community Crisis Response Team. I opened my own private practice Elevate 208 LLC 3 years ago and I am certified in compassion fatigue, crucial conversations, critical incident stress management and suicide prevention. I am Also EMDRIA EMDR trained and trained in Flash basic and advanced.
