I specialize in EMDR, Mindfulness and Focusing Oriented Therapy (FOT). EMDR is an effective short-term therapy for trauma. Focusing connects mind and body awareness and uses an indigenous lens. Mindfulness supports moment to moment awareness in everyday life. I use integrative therapy including bilateral stimulation, flash, meditation, the breath, yoga, five elements, somatic and relational approaches. I work collaboratively (online), honoring your voice and experiences so that you may identify what no longer serves you and together we may continue to grow the internal wisdom that is in everyone.
