In addition to being a Certified EMDR Practitioner/Flash Technique/brainspotting practitioner with 35 years of experience, I also provide guidance to peri- and post-menopausal women whose diminished hormones may be contributing to depression, anxiety, and other mental health symptoms.
I have a MSW from Widener University and a MS in Counseling from Villanova University, and I am licensed in DE & MA. I have enjoyed working with clients across the lifespan from ages 4 – 86.
