I’m a licensed clinical social worker with advanced training in Flash Technique and EMDR.
I discovered the Flash Technique and quickly made it a cornerstone of my practice. I use it daily with clients. I’m drawn to how gently and efficiently it helps people process even deeply painful experiences without having to relive them. My advanced Flash training reflects my ongoing commitment to staying at the leading edge of trauma-informed care.
I have a particular passion for working with men, perfectionists, high-achieving professionals, and overachievers: people who are used to pushing through, but find that willpower alone isn’t enough to quiet what’s underneath. I create a space where driven people can finally slow down, get to the root of what’s driving them, and feel genuinely different (not just more functional).
