I am a Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker providing psychotherapy in California. I practice from a collaborative, client-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based perspective, as I believe that healing and growth best happen in the context of a supportive, attuned relationship. My clinical work is grounded in attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, Polyvagal theory, and the theory of structural dissociation. I have a passion for working with survivors of interpersonal trauma such as sexual, domestic, and narcissistic abuse as well as early attachment wounds or deprivation, with a special interest in complex PTSD and OSDD/DID. I additionally support clients experiencing parenthood, fertility struggles, career changes, divorce, and other life transitions and challenges.
