I’m a calm, focused, and seasoned Jungian-based psychotherapist, specializing in trauma treatment; the issues of the Midlife, Post-Menopause, and later years; and deepening connection with oneself.

As a Doctor of Education and a licensed therapist, I bring a unique blend of skills, expertise, and resources to our work. I am an EMDR Clinician, as well as a Certified Trauma Treatment Professional, trained by Janina Fisher in the neurobiology of trauma, anxiety and the brain. I have been attending trainings in the Flash Technique since 2018 and am current with the latest brain research behind this approach.
