The Flash Technique is a powerful update to the standard EMDR, which I’ve used for 24 years. Both are effective tools for helping you process trauma, but Flash Technique facilitates you doing that without reliving it, without re-feeling all the pain, and even without needing to consciously remember the details of the trauma. Decreasing anxiety, increasing a sense of well-being, and activating a greater sense of joy often happens during a session using the Flash Technique.
