As a therapist, I’ve been using EMDR for over 20 years, and it has been one of the most effective tools I’ve used for helping people to process through a trauma so that it no longer holds a negative emotional charge. The Flash Technique has added to that effectiveness, because it can often help someone to process through trauma without reliving it, without re-feeling all the pain, and even without needing to consciously remember the details of the trauma. I work with adults who are struggling with the impact trauma has had on their life, people who feel anxious and stressed, or sadness or grief, or who are experiencing a major change in life and would like to adapt to the change with less emotional turmoil. As a Life Coach, I work with people who want to create a life that is satisfying, authentic, and meaningful to them.
