I am a graduate member of the BPS and currently hold two MSc degrees, one in Psychological Science and a second in Human Cognitive Neuropsychology. I have received doctorate level training in delivering person centred therapy (PCT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and integrative approaches to individuals, couples, and in group settings. I take an integrative approach drawing upon a range of modalities including process experiential/emotion focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and compassion focussed therapy (CFT). I am also trained to deliver cognitive behavioural therapy for eating disorders (CBT-E). I have received doctorate level training in completing psychological formulation, psychological assessments, psychological reports and administering, scoring, and interpreting psychometrics. I have over 400 clinical hours of delivering evidence-based interventions, with 100 of those hours as a trainee counselling psychologist. I have experience working with a range of presentations including but not limited to traumatic brain injury, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), domestic abuse, addictions, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship difficulties. I have worked with clients of low to high risk with experience in managing self-harm, suicidality, and safeguarding concerns.
