I am a practising Registered Mental Health Nurse with the UK Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and, have a broad spectrum of experience from working with individuals in a wide variety of settings.
​In my nursing/mental health practitioner role and on a private basis, I deliver a variety of interventions that support recovery from trauma, including; Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR,) Brainspotting, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT,) & Matrix Reimprinting with EFT.

I am fully insured by Holistic Insurance to practice these interventions and therapies alongside my nursing registration on a private basis. I hold an enhanced DBS & Barring list check for adults and children.
​Please be aware that I am only available for online appointments which take place late afternoon/early evenings on certain weekdays.
Due to the nature of the treatments and interventions I provide, I only provide therapy to those aged 18 or over
I also hold a British Psychological Society (BPS) approved certificate in clinical supervision and offer this to other practitioners requiring formal supervision from a registered professional.
