You may be living a full, competent life on the outside, while internally feeling overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, shut down, or stuck in patterns that don’t seem to shift. Many of the people I work with have experienced childhood or relational trauma, struggle with intense emotions or self-criticism, or feel disconnected from themselves or others. Often, they’ve tried therapy before and are looking for something deeper, more structured, and more attuned to how their nervous system actually responds under stress.
I specialise in complex and long-standing difficulties using an integrative, trauma-focused approach. My work draws on EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, adapted carefully to each client’s pace and capacity. Rather than quick fixes, the focus is on meaningful, lasting change at an emotional and relational level.
Seeking therapy can feel daunting, especially if you’ve been carrying things alone for a long time.
