I have worked within the NHS for the past 20 years as a qualified Nurse mainly working with people with Learning disabilities and those with mental health diagnosis. I currently work as a Senior nurse within the NHS and have set up a service for Asylum seekers, Refugees, Sex Workers, Street Homeless, Gypsy and ROMA Communities to help bridge health inequalities within socially vulnerable groups.
I run my own practice called We Npower. This has been set up as a non-profit organisation focused on empowering communities through person centred and tailored support.
I am a qualified Executive Coach and trauma therapist and over the years have recognised the need for some trauma informed working within coaching spaces mainly due to the trauma that comes up.
