Ahu Koseoglu is a psychotherapist who combines her background in trauma-informed systemic psychotherapy with international leadership experience in talent development and learning at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young. She began her career at Arthur Andersen as a recruitment consultant, later becoming responsible for establishing the firm’s Training Consulting division. Following the Andersen–EY merger, she took on senior roles within the Global Human Capital team in London, serving as European, Europe and Asia Pacific, and Global Learning Leader. In these positions, she gained broad expertise in global talent management, working on training design, needs assessment, instructor selection, audit, supervision, and coaching. She has worked extensively with executives across diverse countries, cultures, and corporate structures to support their development and leadership capabilities. In 2011, she decided to combine this corporate experience with her growing expertise in psychology, pursuing her studies at Tavistock Relationships, London, while completing her MSc in Family Counseling in Turkey. She has also taught undergraduate and graduate courses as a part-time lecturer at several universities.
Koseoglu has completed advanced training programs in EMDR, emotion-focused therapy, schema therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment, psychodynamic psychotherapy, neuroscience, eating disorders, and ADHD, adopting an integrative psychotherapy approach. Drawing on her combined expertise in global talent management, leadership development, and relationship dynamics, she works with individuals, couples, and organizations to strengthen well-being, psychological resilience, and performance through a systemic and eclectic perspective.
