We opened the counseling room “Resource Port” in Moriya City, Ibaraki Prefecture in 2018. We provide counseling for adults who are concerned about their own mental health. Counselors have completed basic training in flash techniques. 【守谷カウンセリング・リソースポート】は、子育てカウンセリング・リソースポートとして2018年2月8日に開室し、今年2024年に6年目を迎えました。今まで、たくさんの方にご利用いただき感謝しております。 リソースポートは、子育て中の保護者の皆様と子どもたちへのサポートを一緒に考え続けて参りました。その中、子育て以外のカウンセリングのご希望をいただくことも多くなりました。また、子どもの事の相談でご利用いただいていた方だ、ご自身のことでカウンセリングを利用したいというご希望もいただくようになりました。 今まで通り、子育てに関する相談は「子育てカウンセリング」として承って参りますが、ご自身のことでのカウンセリングでもご利用いただけることをホームページに明記して、幅広くカウンセリングを提供する旨をご案内することといたしました。 大人も様々なストレスからメンタルヘルスが崩れてしまうことが増えていると感じます。実際、精神科を利用している患者さんの数は増加しています。精神科や心療内科を利用するほどではないけれども、トラウマや心の不調で辛い思いをしている大人はたくさんいらっしゃると思います。 リソースポートでは、認知行動療法やEMDRを活用して大人のカウンセリングに取り組んでおります。 Read more...
