At Petra Funk Psychotherapy I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Deep Brain Reorienting, and self-care strategies to help regulate your nervous system. I integrate an attachment and developmental focus to my work, with a focus on emotion in order to allow emotion to do it’s work.
