I believe that we all have the power within us to tackle the difficulties we encounter in life and create the change we wish to see. I work with individuals to access their inner strength, whether dealing with career transitions, stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, or simply wanting to make a change in their life and not sure where or how to begin.
I collaborate with clients by starting where they’re at and tailoring my approach to best meet their needs. I incorporate the practices of mindfulness with cognitive behavioural therapy. I am also trained in Hypnotherapy as well as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy, a powerful psychotherapy approach that can relieve many types of psychological distress.
I am a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists and a member of the Psychologists Association of Alberta.
