With a background in psychodynamic therapy, I specialize in the treatment of trauma and complex relational dynamics. I integrate EMDR and Flash Technique for neurobiological processing and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to address the internal system’s architecture.
By addressing the unconscious relational templates formed in early development and working directly with Protectors and Wounded Child, I help clients move beyond symptomatic relief toward self anchoring. My work is somatically grounded and relationally transformative.
