You might feel caught between worlds, culturally, relationally, or within yourself, wondering how to move forward. Perhaps you’re facing identity changes, the burden of trauma, navigating neurodivergence, or questions around gender, sexuality, or intimacy. You may long for clarity, confidence, and a deeper connection with yourself and those you love. My clients often come wanting to reclaim their voice, rewrite the stories they’ve carried, and live more authentically, finding a sense of home within themselves, even when the world hasn’t always made space for who they are.
I offer a warm, collaborative space rooted in feminist and queer perspectives. I use the Flash Technique, Brainspotting (where you look affects how you feel) to process trauma from the bottom up, and Somatic embodiment to trust your body’s wisdom. I’m centered in experiential practices, but also draw from Narrative Therapy, Parts Work, and values-based tools to help you live with more autonomy, compassion and meaning.
Healing is not linear, it’s a spiral. We revisit familiar themes with more insight, skills, compassion, and capacity each time. By reaching out, you’re honoring the part of you that knows healing is possible, and you don’t have to walk that path alone. Together, we’ll make space for what’s ready to emerge.
Note: I practice in both MN and WI, currently as an intern therapist under the supervision of Dr. Coltan Schoenike.
