I am a humanistic psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Humanistic Psychotherapy, working relationally to support clients in developing a deeper understanding of themselves. I offer a warm, collaborative space where we can slow things down and move at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we gently explore patterns that may once have been protective or helpful, but which may now feel limiting or challenging.
My approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and respect for each person’s unique experience. I aim to help clients build awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and embodied responses, fostering greater choice and flexibility in how they relate to themselves and others.
Alongside this, I integrate Flash Technique (6 hours-Part A & B) into my work. This approach can support the processing of distressing or heightened emotions in a contained and less overwhelming way. By briefly noticing difficult material and then shifting attention to something else of your choosing, the brain and body are given space to naturally process and metabolise the emotions/feelings/sensations.
