I am a new graduate of VCU’s Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling program. I am currently a resident in counseling. I have completed both the Basic and Advanced trainings for Flash Technique and I’m currently working on the first part of EFIT certification. I specialize in working with clients on trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, ENM, boundaries, and skill building.
