Jill received her Masters in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, with a focus on Somatic Psychotherapy. She trained in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy and Research with the California Institute of Integral Studies, including MDMA-assisted therapy for PTSD with MAPS. At Sage, she offers individual somatic therapy for teens and adults, EDMR/Flash, ketamine-assisted therapy, and psychedelic integration. Jill brings over 23 years as a somatic practitioner, mindfulness meditator, and earth-based ceremony facilitator to her holistic, integrative practice.
Jill’s therapy approach is primarily relational and body-focused, and she works with people at their own pace to tap into and heal the parts of the self that have been hidden using the powerful techniques of mindfulness and somatic awareness. Jill brings warmth and compassion to sessions, and supports people in balancing mind-body-spirit. Therapy with Jill includes weekly 50-minute sessions, and can occur as brief-therapy when applicable or a longer-term relationship.
