I bring compassion, thoughtfulness, and good humor into work with clients. My philosophy is to provide skilled, strength-based interactions and build systems of care to meet the special needs of clients in an understanding, curious, engaging, open-minded, and confidential manner. My goal is to enhance recovery and healing using the most thorough and effective methods possible.
My clinical style is to draw from diverse and effective evidence-based models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Mindful Self-Compassion, Art Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) in order to provide an appropriate intervention for every client. I specialize in treating anxiety and trauma.
