Speaker Commitment

Conference Date: June 7th, 2025

Time: 9:00am – 5:15pm Pacific Daylight Time

Location: Online/Remote

Presentation Type: All presentations will be one hour with 15 additional minutes for Q&A, and delivered remotely via the Zoom platform. 

Presentation Time Slots

9:35am – 10:50am – Morning Session #1

11:05am – 12:20pm – Morning Session #2

1:55pm – 3:10pm – Afternoon Session #3

3:25pm – 4:40pm – Afternoon Session #4

Four presentation periods in the day arranged to suit the presenter’s time zone. No more than four presentations at any given time.


Submission Guidelines

The material submitted should be relevant to the Flash Technique and be an original contribution. 


We are especially interested in presentations that address topics such as:


  • Presentations of quantitative and/or qualitative research with empirical relevance to advancing any area of Flash Technique treatment or theory.
  • Presentations that discuss the integration of the Flash Technique with other modalities.
  • Presentations on the use of Flash Technique in the treatment of specific populations or conditions such as: addiction, OCD, complex trauma, groups, complex grief, chronic pain, neurodiversity, and with diverse populations, i.e. culture, race, age (children, teens, aging adults), nationality, sexual orientation, and more.
  • Presentations that discuss innovative programs incorporating the Flash Technique including (but not limited to) community initiatives, research projects, or humanitarian efforts.


We embrace diversity in its fullest spectrum and encourage presenters and proposals that represent diverse perspectives and backgrounds.

  5. Have you taken Dr. Manfield’s 6-hour Advanced Flash Technique webinar?


Additional Notes Regarding Submission

Creating an Account: You will need to create an Account first in the submission portal in order to submit a proposal.

Speakers/Authors: Please note that the application refers to Speakers as “Authors.” If you have more than one speaker, please select “Presenting Author” for the primary speaker. 

Affiliation: If applicable, please write the name and location of your institutional affiliation. If you are not associated with an institution, please list your location including city and country. 

Keywords: You may optionally add Keywords to indicate a specific topic or theme in your presentation.

References: With the exception of presentations on clinical technique, all presentations must be grounded in sound scientific, psychological, or social science theory and be supported by published information. At least 3 references/citations are required and must be from the past 10 years. Please enter each citation/reference separately.
